Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales of digital downloads, templates, eBooks, and other electronic files are final due to the nature of digital content. Once your order is confirmed and the product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exceptions for Technical Issues

• Re-send the download link, or

• Provide the file through an alternative secure method.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate order. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the extra purchase.
